Maintaining and supporting legacy systems to match user needs is a challenge to most CIOs today. Legacy applications, when initially written, were custom-made to suit the hardware & software environments available that time, but over a period of time, much programming, debugging efforts and much business logic have gone into them. We help you in effectively maintaining these applications protecting your investments and keeping in step with the advancement of technology.
We have a strong history of managing and future-proofing mission-critical applications for our clients.
With the current open system architecture and technology improvements, it has become very important to conduct periodic mainframe data security audits at a much higher level than standard audits utilizing IBM audit tools. We have standard tools and processes and proven experience in conducting "vulnerability assessment" of mainframe system, applications and networks.
The key features include

Macrosoft's in-house "Mainframe Analysis Tool Kit (MAK)" facilitates back-office analysis & documentation of mainframe system & applications. The system/application blue print is first downloaded to a PC and analyzed on the PC using MAK, there by avoiding production system interruptions and saving on CPU costs. The MAK is a set of PC based tools, which contains modules such as MVS Analyzer, JCL Analyzer, COBOL Analyzer, CICS Analyzer, VSAM Analyzer, DB2 Analyzer, and DATACLEANER/DATAMOVER etc.
